Detailed Description
This workshop will focus on the use of interactive whiteboard technology in the classroom, including both the technical operations of interactive whiteboards and how these amazing innovations can bring lessons of all kinds to life. During the session, each participant will be encouraged to research and collaborate with each other to develop curriculum they can immediately take back to their classrooms and use. Participants will also be able to take everything they have learned during the workshop and apply those concepts and skills to any interactive whiteboard or interactive panel device, including SMARTBoard, Promethean, STARBoard, and so on, and the workshop is suitable for all levels of K-12 educator. Opportunities for graduate credit from Purdue University Calumet are available. Breakfast will be served. Lunch is on your own.
